1:1 Coaching

I work one to one with charity & non-profit CEOs and leaders to help them thrive whilst they make a difference. That may be focussed on who they are as a leader and how they lead, how they can balance work and the rest of their life, preventing burnout or building a healthy work culture.

Coaching offers an opportunity to focus on you (instead of everyone else) and to pause, reflect and make sense of what is going on in your head, so you can move forward confidently.

  • Sometimes you don’t need a full coaching programme, but you do need some dedicated time to untangle your thoughts, get unstuck and make a plan.

    The Intensive gives you a 90 minute coaching session where together we’ll unpick the problem that has brought you here. You’ll leave with an action plan, and meet for a follow up session 4 weeks later to help keep you on track.

    It’s perfect if you’re:

    • Dealing with a specific challenge at work

    • Feeling stuck, and not sure which direction to take in work or life

    • Wanting to take stock, or re-establish healthy work habits

    You’ll leave calmer, clearer and certain of your next steps.

  • We all need a helping hand at times, and that’s what the Resilient Leader package does. It’s a bespoke programme which will help you focus on where you are now, where you want to be and how to get there.

    It’s perfect if you want to:

    • Make a difference without sacrificing your wellbeing

    • Find your motivation (and purpose) again, and sustainable ways to maintain it

    • Banish self-doubt and lead with confidence

    • Let go of things outside your control and lead without guilt

    • Plan your legacy & leave well

    • 8 Sessions over 4-8 months depending on your aims

    • We’ll start with 2 hours to deep dive into what you want to achieve

    • 6 × 60 minute coaching sessions every 2-4 weeks

    • A final review session to take stock and make a plan

    • WhatsApp & email support between sessions during office hours

    • Tailored evidence-based tools & resources to support your goals

  • A year long coaching programme to support you in your leadership role by giving you a safe & confidential space to address challenges as you face them.

    Together we can work on areas such as confidence and self doubt, developing your leadership skills, creating purpose and vision, and reducing the overwhelm of a busy role.

Ensuring that you and your teams are thriving not just surviving often requires an organisational approach. That’s why I offer a comprehensive range of services to meet your charity’s needs. Whether it’s bringing teams together, creating a shared vision, up-skilling staff, preventing burnout or reviewing the charity’s culture, my workshops, training and coaching sessions are designed to build relationships, energy and connection to your mission.

  • I offer a variety of 90 minute, half day and full day trainings.

    I can offer pre-designed courses, these can be tailored to your specific needs for an additional fee.

    Sessions can be delivered online or in-person.

    Investment from £400 for a 90 minute workshop, £750 per half day, £1250 for a full day.

  • Having an external facilitator for away days and strategy days means that you can focus on what you do best, and participate with your team and helps you get what you need from the day.

    What you’ll get:

    • A pre-session call to tailor it to your goals

    • Bespoke slides and resources

    • 3 month follow up to check-in on progress

    Investment from £750 per half day, £1250 for a full day.

  • Whether you’re navigating a period of change, uncertainty or need to bring a team together, group coaching might be the answer.

    It will help you:

    • Build trust and psychological safety

    • Facilitate open & honest conversations

    • Focus on outcomes

    • Develop understanding of different departments priorities and how they contribute to the mission

    • Embed healthy working practices across the charity

    Team coaching sessions will typically be 90 minutes long, and take place monthly, over 6 to 12 months depending on your needs.

    We’ll start by having a conversation about your team’s needs. Based on what we’ve discussed, I’ll put together a proposal and we’ll meet again to agree a way forward.

  • Sometimes before you dive into training, coaching or the strategy you want to understand what is working well, so you can do more of it, as well as what you want to change.

    That’s where I can come in as a psychologist to help you undertake a comprehensive assessment of the charity’s culture, and create a bespoke plan to help you move towards your vision.

    Every charity is different, so we start with a complementary call to understand your unique needs and I’ll put together a proposal based on our conversation.
